The Business Systems Consulting (BSC) Director delivers Business Systems Consulting services under Elliott Davis’ Digital Practice. The Director leads engagements for client business systems, including people, daily processes, technology and ecosystem integration. The role demands confident handling of confidential information, adherence to firm values, and leadership in delivering innovative solutions that meet evolving client needs.

• Collaborate with growth leaders across the firm to support business development efforts, meeting with clients/prospects, identifying opportunities, and presenting proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to become a trusted advisor and renew/expand services.
• Deliver services with excellence, on‑time and on‑budget.
• Work with the BSC Practice Leader to evaluate new and derivative service offerings.
• Attract and expand talent to implement and grow services.
• Develop, invest time, and motivate talent to build a pool of ready‑now leaders.
• Establish relationships with key systems, product and service suppliers.
• Attend client and networking events.
• Consult on complex technology eco‑system structures.
• Oversee subject matter expertise for complex ERP and restructuring implementation projects.
• Consult clients on best practices related to their business processes.
• Review staff work and provide sign‑off on projects.
• Prepare scope of work for projects, proposals and client engagement letters.
• Business development includes identifying and meeting with prospective clients, submitting proposals and building existing client relations.
• Schedule department workflow, client billing and maintain quality control.
• Lead employee performance review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or related discipline (minimum) complemented by 15+ years of experience in Business Systems and ERP Implementation Consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels, including board level.
• Strong financial acumen and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience building new products and services across multiple industries.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems, third‑party applications and integrations across technology ecosystems.
• Experience working across multiple ERP systems and guiding complex implementation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with contract development, key legal principles, and client negotiations.
• Ability to take full ownership of client deadlines and needs.
• Independent and collaborative team player.

• Prior professional services experience.
• ERP or related systems certifications.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
