Enterprise Program Manager

Overview

Our client is kicking off a major modernization effort with the implementation of a fully integrated Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to lead significant technology transformations—enhancing data, streamlining processes, and shaping smarter decision-making across transportation operations.

• Lead the multi-phased implementation of the EAMS program
• Oversee multiple work streams (Pavement, Fleet, Maintenance, Traffic, GIS, ROW)
• Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and program milestones
• Drive integration with enterprise systems (ERP, GIS/LRS, SAP, SharePoint)
• Lead risk management, change management, and adoption efforts
• Collaborate with executives, IT teams, engineers, and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Engineering, Public or Business Administration
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• 8+ years managing large-scale IT/enterprise programs
• 5+ years with asset management systems, process transformation, and legacy modernization
• Experience with SharePoint, ESRI GIS, or SQL-based systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
