Title: SQL Server Developer

Duration: Full Time

Location: Columbia, SC, United States

• Develop and maintain a real-time data warehouse environment and create real-time feeds to all subscriber applications from the Data warehouse.
• Design and implement Type 2 Dimension Data modeling and Historical ETL processes.
• Develop and support SQL Server database objects and code for Business As Usual (BAU) support.
• Create and support SSIS integration jobs to manage data integration between application databases and the data warehouse, including XML/CSV/Excel integration.
• Develop and support SSAS Cubes and related processing tasks.
• Develop and support SSRS reports, deployed on SharePoint.
• Document all developed objects and processes.
• Use TFS to track changes and artifacts.
• Follow strict change control processes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop and execute test scripts to ensure code quality and data integrity.
• Perform testing against acceptance criteria.
• Adhere to data and integration design patterns and architecture as prescribed.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, controls, and processes for development and testing.

• Four to six years of experience supporting MSBI initiatives within a database team.
• Good task management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility and ownership of tasks and issues.
• Ability to analyze, communicate, and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation under deadlines.
• Strong decision-making and collaboration skills for data architecture issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
