- The position will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing CRM Analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Einstein, Lightning, Apex, SOQL, automation and AI integration
- Salesforce knowledge - CG cloud, service cloud
- Solutioning background is a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce requirements - able to determine gaps, etc.
