Business Systems Analyst II (BSA II)

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II (BSA II) to join a collaborative, fast‑paced enterprise in Columbia, SC
. This hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, supporting policy development, risk management, and automation initiatives.

• Elicit, document, and validate user and business requirements to meet defined objectives.
• Guide both technical and business teams through the development of systems and solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between business units and technical support teams.
• Review and assist in testing, problem resolution, and system deployment accuracy.
• Provide insights and recommendations on system improvements and business processes.
• Support policy development and risk management initiatives through automation and data‑driven reporting.

• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and systems analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI

• Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
