Reports to:

Workshop Manager
.

Lead and manage projects to improve quality, equipment uptime, and line utilization.

• Manages production associates, including supervisors, across all shifts at the manufacturing facility to meet designated productivity goals.
• Plans, manages, and adjusts workload and production schedules to optimize plant resources and meet scheduled production commitments.
• Organizes and directs all related departmental activities through direct reports supervising each shift.
• Rewards and recognizes performance and executes discipline as needed.
• Coaches supervisors to achieve performance standards regarding safety, line utilization, and quality.
• Builds people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for both management and front‑line hourly personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. Engineering Degree preferred.
• More than 5 years of production department management experience.
• Strong leadership skills; 5+ years in supervisory roles.
• More than 2 years of fiberglass manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and lead personnel; previous supervision/management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Fiber glass factory management experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to organize and lead multi‑functional teams to achieve team objectives.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills.
• Effective with verbal and written communication.

Compensation:

• $75,000 – $80,000 annually
