Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN – South Carolina

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Upstate South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Patient ratio 6:1 on nights. Float requirement to similar units or nearby facilities as needed.

Highlights:

• Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit with orthopedic and bariatric patient populations
• 25-bed unit with daily census of approximately 20 patients
• EPIC EMR system and Pyxis medication management
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Pre-assignment modules are billable up to 16 hours
• 13-week assignment with potential for extension opportunities

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; 3 years of specialty experience required for first-time travelers
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience (required)
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, blood product administration, and central/peripheral line care
• Experience with patient ratios of 5-6:1 preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (distance requirements apply)
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required
