Sales and Business Development - Industry: Insurance
• Conduct frequent personal home visits with new and existing customers to collect premiums, conduct sales of new policies, and address other service needs.
• Manage an established book of business that provides prospecting opportunities for new sales and immediate income through a collections commission for premiums collected each month.
• Utilize a pay‑for‑performance compensation model to determine your own income and expand earning potential as your book of business grows.
• Licensed insurance agent in state of South Carolina (or applicable state where required).
• Ability to perform field sales and customer service tasks.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
