Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) to lead our sales efforts in the Carolinas district. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals, particularly in CNS, psychiatry, or related specialties, and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing specialty sales representatives.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the district.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry credentialing requirements.
  • Travel up to 75% to support district activities and client meetings.
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred.
    • 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 4 years in sales management.
    • Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or depression preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in sales and leadership roles.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to secure necessary healthcare and industry credentials.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Residency near a major airport within the district.
    • Experience in startup or small company environments is a plus.
