Responsibilities- Work with customers to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
- Travel to customer sites with minimal direct supervision.
- Meet or exceed weekly productivity and customer‑oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- High school diploma or GED with 4–6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
- Ability to work overtime and on‑call as required.
- Attendance at industry‑leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
- Lift up to 75 lbs with or without assistance.
- Climb up to 10 ft with an A‑frame ladder and occasional roof access through ladders greater than 20 ft.
- Extensive walking 3–5 miles per day and driving 5–6 hours per day.
- Perform kneel, squat, bend, push/pull movements and move in tight and confined spaces.
- Operate motor vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery or power tools.
- Work in office and customer facilities, including commercial kitchens, with exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet and dirty conditions.
- Travel requirement up to 50% of time.
