Columbia State Community College maintains a temporary employment pool to fill part-time roles across various departments and campuses as needs arise. These positions are designed to provide short-term support and are not intended to transition into permanent employment. Assignments can vary widely in responsibilities, schedules, locations, and rates of pay, depending on the specific needs of each department.

• Positions are temporary and based on the immediate needs of the college.
• Weekly hours will vary by assignment but will not exceed 29 hours per week.
• Rates of pay and qualification requirements depend on the nature of the role.
