Medical Director – Full-Time Psychiatrist (MD)

Location: Pinewood Springs (with optional coverage at Franklin Clinic)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Call: One Weekend per Month
Salary Range: $300,000 – $350,000+ (Additional compensation available for expanded responsibilities)

River Region Psychiatry Associates is seeking a full‑time Medical Director (MD) to lead psychiatric services at Pinewood Springs. This leadership role offers an opportunity to shape inpatient behavioral health care while maintaining a balanced schedule and working with a strong clinical team.

• Serve as Medical Director for Pinewood Springs, overseeing clinical operations and psychiatric care
• Provide direct psychiatric services to patients in an inpatient setting
• Participate in weekend call coverage (one weekend per month)
• (Optional) Expand role to include outpatient coverage at our Franklin Clinic, with additional compensation based on scope

• Competitive base salary: $300,000 – $350,000+, with potential for additional earnings tied to expanded services or responsibilities

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee
