A municipal fire department is seeking candidates for their Fire Cadet Program, which prepares individuals for a firefighting career. Cadets will undergo training while being mentored by experienced firefighters and EMTs. This role requires adherence to academic standards, a commitment to training, and the completion of certifications. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, maintain a GPA of 2.0, and pass necessary background checks prior to acceptance.

This position offers a pathway to being promoted to Firefighter upon successful completion of the program.
