While managing a million‑plus dollar‑a‑year restaurant, you will develop business disciplines in Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales Building, and Cost Controls. • Ability to work a 50 hour work week, including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Outgoing personality.

• Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
• Inventory management.
• Bank deposits.
• Training.
• Performance appraisals.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
