- Evening Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM (2nd Shift)

Multiple RolesAll team members are cross-trained and expected to be able to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift.
Responsibilities- Guest Service:
Welcome every guest, build relationships, and understand their needs to ensure a positive experience. - Food Service:
Participate in delivering high-quality food service; may involve preparing, selling, or assisting guests with items while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards. - Problem Solving:
Understand teammate and guest needs, take action to find answers, resolve issues, and communicate improvements. - Cleaner & Fresher:
Maintain a pristine environment and uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and friendliness. - Cashier:
Manage cash register tasks, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support promotions in a fast-paced environment. - Host/Hostess:
Create an engaging guest experience, assist with Made to Order program, guide guests to products, enroll in Loyalty Programs, and promote offerings. - Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, health and safety standards, follow brand standards, and oversee kitchen responsibilities including inventory management. - Barista:
Prepare handcrafted beverages, operate cash drawer, and provide excellent service.
