• Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
• Lead and train staff in providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Drive sales through customer service and report analysis.

• Must have at least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm and initiative are key; ability to motivate staff and create a positive work environment.
• Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, general athletics).
• Availability to work any hours the store is open.
