The pipe layer will have installation experience with all underground wet and dry utilities.

They will be responsible for setting up the pipe laser every morning and ensuring that all materials on site are acceptable before being installed. The pipe layer will be the hands that ensure our utilities are installed to the highest quality. You’ll report to the utility foreman for direction and responsibilities. You’ll have tremendous support, be given the tools necessary for success and you’ll never doubt our commitment to furthering your career.

• Reliable transportation
• Experience with all types of pipe (DIP, PVC, RCP, CMP, etc)
• Experience setting Manholes, Storm Structures, and other Precast
• Understanding of civil drawings and pipe tables
• Willingness to dig by hand when necessary
• Ability to calculate pipe slope
• Ability to set up pipe laser and transit
• Conduct pressure and vacuum testing on all installations
• OSHA safety knowledge (We can help with training)
• Knowledge of codes and construction processes
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test
