What

You’ll Do as a Charge Nurse (LPN)

• Lead and mentor nursing staff on your shift.
• Provide direct patient care, assess symptoms, and monitor progress.
• Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and the medical team to support treatment plans.
• Make critical decisions in emergency and routine situations.
• Ensure compliance with SHP’s standards of professionalism, safety, and integrity.
