Director of Product, Digital Solutions

The Director of Product, Digital Solutions will lead the strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of digital payment products, with a focus on push provisioning, tokenization, and mobile wallet solutions. This leader will identify and define market needs, translate customer, sales, and executive priorities into actionable development requirements, and bring differentiated digital products to market.

The role combines strategic product leadership with hands‑on execution and serves as a cross-functional leader and primary liaison among Technology, Sales, and Delivery. The Director will manage and develop product team members as business needs require.

• Define market needs. Identify and validate customer problems, market opportunities, and competitive gaps through research, customer engagement, and sales feedback; translate findings into product strategy and positioning.
• Own the product roadmap. Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances company strategy, customer value, commercial opportunity, technical dependencies, and delivery capacity.
• Translate business needs into requirements. Interpret sales needs and executive priorities, validate underlying customer and business problems, and translate them into tactical development requirements, user stories, and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Lead product development. Partner with Technology on solution design, integration requirements, feasibility, and tradeoffs. Manage the product backlog, clarify scope, and guide work from discovery and development through release and ongoing improvement.
• Align cross-functional teams. Serve as the product leader and liaison across Technology, Sales, and Delivery, aligning priorities, resolving dependencies, communicating decisions, and ensuring launch and implementation readiness.
• Bring products to market. Lead product launch planning with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery, including value propositions, pricing recommendations, sales enablement, implementation guidance, and customer adoption plans.
• Manage ecosystem relationships. Work with financial institutions, processors, payment networks, wallet providers, and technology partners to define requirements, coordinate integrations, and support successful delivery.
• Measure and improve performance. Define and monitor product success measures, including adoption, revenue contribution, customer satisfaction, implementation time, and operational performance; use results to guide investment and improvement.
• Lead and develop talent. Manage, coach, and develop product team members as organizational needs require, while remaining directly engaged in product decisions and execution.

• Payments and fintech experience. Significant product management experience in payments or fintech, with a strong understanding of digital payment products, financial institution needs, and the broader payments ecosystem.
• Push provisioning and wallet expertise. Significant direct experience delivering push provisioning, payment tokenization, and mobile wallet solutions, including provisioning workflows, token lifecycle management, and issuer, processor, network, or wallet integrations.
• Technical acumen. Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on APIs, SDKs, system architecture, integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies, and to explain technical tradeoffs to business stakeholders.
• Proven product delivery. A demonstrated track record of bringing digital products to market, from discovery and requirements through development, launch, customer implementation, and measurable adoption or business results.
