Willow Point Dental is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team!

Led by Dr. Joseph Narde, who has proudly served the Columbus community since 1994, our practice offers more than just dental care. We provide a welcoming, spa‑like experience where patients are treated like family and comfort is always a priority.

We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and helping patients feel confident about their dental care.

No dental experience? No problem! Dental experience is preferred, but we’re happy to teach the dental side of things. We care most about finding someone with the right personality, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping people!

• Schedule appointments and check patients in and out.
• Present treatment plans and help patients understand their dental care.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary patient information.
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions.
• Collect payments and help ensure a smooth patient experience.

• Has a warm, bubbly, and welcoming personality.
• Enjoys helping people and making them feel comfortable.
• Has strong communication and organizational skills.
• Is dependable, motivated, and a positive team player.
• Is eager to learn and grow with our practice.

• Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:15 PM
• Friday: 8:45 AM–2:15 PM
• $16–$22 per hour, based on experience.
• Benefit package available for full-time employees.
