• Enthusiastically support and contribute to manufacturing program and tools
• Support the development of manufacturing processes; design, modify and test methods and equipment requirements
• Process improvements:
  Conduct evaluations, suggest designs and spearhead development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment
• Mitigate waste: maximize efficiency and minimize waste
• Lean Six Sigma understanding:
  Implement lean processes, conduct time studies, identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Review, update and write detailed process work instructions and standard work
• Prepare 3D models and data for drawing change requests to customers
• Prepare first article inspection reports (FAIs) for new parts process changes
• Update capability monitoring data and maintain databases in Solumina and Net Inspect
• Prepare OEE spreadsheets and presentations for cell performance monitoring and improvement

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Industry experience of 5+ years preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a LEAN environment and a familiarity with the methodology would be a plus

• Experience with Autocad, Solid Works, or NX
