• Lead and perform geotechnical field investigations, engineering analyses, and design recommendations
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports, proposals, and cost estimates
• Ensure construction and designs comply with plans and specifications
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Evaluate laboratory and field data to support engineering conclusions
• Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to junior staff
• Collaborate directly with clients to define scopes, communicate findings, and deliver solutions
• Participate in business development, marketing, and proposal efforts

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 5–8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage projects of moderate size and complexity independently
