Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credentialing Office Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in assisting healthcare professionals with the application process for medical licenses across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the credentialing process for physicians applying for medical licenses.
- Prepare, submit, and track medical license applications to State Medical Boards.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals, state agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of applications.
- Review and verify physician documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Keep physicians updated on the status of their applications and any additional requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of credentialing activities in our database.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients throughout the application process.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and online databases).
- Competitive pay based on experience. $18.50 per hour
