Address co-pay, co-insurance, for scheduled appointment/procedure, etc.;
Verify coverage and ensure all insurance requirements are met, as well as obtain all prior authorization and/or referrals as appropriate prior to patient arrival;
Stay current with insurance requirements;
Respond to customers inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
Assist with departmental coverage as needed.
