A client of Innova Solutions is hiring an HR Management Support Specialist.

As an HR Management Support Specialist, you will:
- Deliver ad hoc reporting to Head of HR Management and HR Management team and manage exception cases.
- Monitor Associate referrals and submit PSR’s.
- Provide occurrence reporting support for HR Business Partners. Oversee and facilitate the administrative onboarding of all new Associates and External workforce.
- Oversee and facilitate offboarding of Associates and External workforce to ensure completion of all processes, adhering to HR Management procedures for purposes of compliance and security of systems and facility.
- Collect, validate, and track required documentation for all new hires and consultants coming to work locations. Ensure proper filing of all applicable onboarding and offboarding (i.e. Resignation letter) documents in the Associates’ electronic personnel file.
- Be responsible for Initial Data Entry (IDE) for all new Associates into SAP, processing I9s and submitting Payroll Status Requests (PSRs) in a timely manner and in accordance with HR Management procedures.
- Prepare and send termination distribution emails following HR Management procedures.
- Be main point of contact for correspondence execution of high-volume restructure/reorganization activities.
- Support the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist with onboarding email communications and program tasks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years of experience as HR Generalist.
- 2 years of experience in Recruitment.
- High School Diploma or GED.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $23 - $25 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
