Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established Fin Tech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps that support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.

We are looking for Leader who can, but are not limited to, the below:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of fintech projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Experienced in designing professional slide decks, architectural diagrams, and visual content using PowerPoint (PPT), Canva, and other tools to enhance client communications and engage internal stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently going above and beyond expectations to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Actively participate in hands-on Java backend development and write applications using Object-Oriented Design Principles.
• Build and maintain RESTful services using Java Spring Boot and implement distributed cloud configurations using Spring Cloud.
• Design and implement circuit breakers and resilient microservices architecture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — Product Management, QA, and Dev Ops — to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Hands-on experience with REST-based microservices and relational databases.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Kafka and Linux/Unix systems.
• Help architect, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and cloud-native APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership or delivery management role.
• Proven experience in the fintech industry, with an understanding of its unique challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant certifications like PMP, SAFe Agilist, or Agile certifications are preferred.
• Strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
