Salary Range

$145,000 – $195,000

• If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. You will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week.
• If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. You will work from your home, within the continental US.

What it takes to be successful in this role

• Extensive senior‑level Mulesoft development experience
• Deep Knowledge in Systems Products and Solutions
• Solid understanding of SOA and Microservices architecture with specific implementation knowledge using REST APIs
• Solid understanding of XML, JSON, and other relational databases
• Implementation experience in industry best practices and emerging trends in integration domain and knowledge
• Designing Tailored Solutions for Clients
• Cross‑Domain Systems Integration
• Presentation and Demonstration Skills
• Cloud Solution Design across providers
• Network and Infrastructure Design
• Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Information Systems or other related field
• Eight or more years of solutions‑based data processing experience with a concentration focus in systems engineering, operating systems and network design & configuration management

Education & Experience Preferred

• Master’s Degree Computer Science or Information Systems or other related field
• 8+ years senior‑level Mulesoft‑development experience
• Insurance or HR integration experience
• Salesforce Certified Mulesoft Platform Integration Architect
