Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of program or project scope statements and program or project charters.
- Plan, execute, and close projects against PMO standards; manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality; maintain RAID logs and status reporting to leadership.
- Drive alignment across Operations, IT/Product, Data/Analytics, and Client Success; facilitate working sessions; ensure decision/issue tracking.
- Apply structured change frameworks and communication plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption; ensure a seamless transition from project implementation to the appropriate business owners for ongoing management.
- Use Lean/Six Sigma/Agile/Business Process Re‑engineering methods to eliminate inefficiency and standardize best practices.
- Partner with Product/Data/Engineering on system migrations and AI/automation initiatives; coordinate readiness tasks, testing/validation, and go‑live.
- Produce executive‑ready reports/dashboards; maintain documentation per PMO/Business Transformation standards.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Collaboration and cross‑functional leadership.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and governance awareness.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (PMP or Agile certification preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

US base pay starts at $70,000 annually. Base salary is determined by a number of factors including job‑related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certification obtained, market, location, and organizational factors. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
