Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

This position is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation; financial relocation assistance is provided.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other potential risk areas.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings, handling multi‑million‑dollar disputes.
• Assist in risk minimization through proactive counseling.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with domestic and international laws.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background with competition and regulatory litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
