What you'll do

The General Manager is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs, and profits. This is primarily accomplished through staffing, personnel training, operating, and maintaining the store to maximize customer satisfaction.

Education

College degree or equivalent experience in operations.

Experience

1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.

Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Other

Physical Requirements

Standing for long periods without a break.

Meeting the requirements of all subordinate positions.

Possessing a valid driver’s license.

Traveling to multiple stores as needed.

Conducting physical inspections of all restaurant areas.

Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Moving and inspecting supplies in the restaurant.

Working in hot and cold environments (restaurant, cooler, freezer).
