MASTER, the nation's leader in the disaster restoration services is seeking a Large Loss Restoration Supervisor for our Large Loss Division. The ideal candidate will have experience with large commercial restoration including water, fire, smoke damage, and construction. The ideal candidate must also be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time. We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages!

• Evaluating large commercial losses to determine work to be performed.
• Perform restoration and drying in large commercial buildings.
• Manage and supervise a crew performing restoration.
• Work with the Large Loss Project Manager and facility managers to ensure all work is performed in a satisfactory and timely manner.
• Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner and all safety rules are followed.
• Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
• Ensure that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, are collected, authorized, and submitted to the Large Loss Project Manager.
• Assist the Large Loss Project Manager in other tasks as assigned.

• Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time.
• Must have good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 7-8 hours a day.
• Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form.
• Minimum 2 years restoration experience required.
• Must be able to work for long periods of time in extreme temperatures both hot and cold.
• Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water, and wind damage.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean background and driving record.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
