Materials Logistics Specialist; Gate - 2nd Shift; Onsite

Job Summary

The principal duty of the Shipping Logistics job is to ensure smooth and efficient operation of shipping and managing the logistics of the engines.

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 2 am

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.

• Operate forklifts and box trucks handling a wide range of materials and equipment
• Load and unload engine and parts from flatbed trailers
• Prepare engines for shipping and loading and unloading
• Process shipping and receiving paperwork

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in warehouse or production control environment or within a materials management organization.
• Experience operating a forklift

• Experience using Microsoft Office and SAP systems for inventory control and production tracking
• Experience moving heavy loads with box trucks and forklifts (up to 30,000 pounds)
