Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician

Monitor and record patient health status and vital signs

Assist in the administration of medications and treatments

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient well-being

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Georgia

Relevant nursing experience preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
