Job Opportunity – Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse (Float Pool) – Georgia

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift with every other weekend rotation. Patient ratio 2-3:1. Holiday coverage includes either Thanksgiving or Christmas rotation based on facility needs. Any missed shifts must be made up.

Highlights:

• Float to multiple campuses providing critical care across PICU, NICU, TDICU, CICU, and general/specialty pediatric units
• Work with diverse pediatric patient populations in a comprehensive children's healthcare environment
• EPIC electronic medical record system utilized for documentation
• Minimum 2 years of PICU or Pediatric CICU experience required
• Nicotine-free facility with mandatory drug screening and flu vaccination
• Opportunity to expand clinical skills across multiple pediatric critical care specialties

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of Pediatric ICU (PICU) or Cardiac ICU (CICU) experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Willingness to float between two campus locations
• Compliance with nicotine-free workplace policy (subject to drug screening)
• Mandatory influenza vaccination with no exemptions permitted
