About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality nursing care at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Columbus, Georgia.

In this role, you will provide nursing services within your scope of practice, monitor residents’ health, administer medications and treatments as authorized, and collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support resident safety and quality of care.

This position is ideal for an LPN who has strong clinical skills, sound judgment, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced skilled nursing or long-term care environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, facility policies, and applicable nursing regulations.

  • Monitor residents for medication effectiveness, adverse reactions, and other concerns, escalating issues promptly.
  • Maintain resident privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and rights.
  • Report suspected abuse, neglect, medication errors, injuries, and other safety concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Follow facility emergency procedures and applicable reporting requirements.
