Job Title:
Registered Nurse

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in community or small facility settings.
- Collaborate with health professionals to develop and review care programs addressing client needs.
- Coordinate communication among disciplines related to health and safety supports.
- Monitor, review, and ensure proper administration and disposal of medications as prescribed.
- Document health status, complete required nursing reports, and ensure timely response to changes.
- Supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses and oversee health-related appointments and interventions.

Hours:
M-F 8am-5pm, on call nights T-F 5pm-8am (once every three weeks) - Remote/On-site/Hybrid:
Onsite Environment:
Community/home care setting
- GA License (Compact Licenses accepted)
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
