• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the outdoor grounds of an establishment.
• Lawn maintenance:
  Mowing lawns, watering grass, and removing weeds and debris.
• Plant maintenance:
  Planting flowers and shrubbery, trimming trees and hedges, and fertilizing soil.
• Groundskeeping equipment:
  Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
• Snow and debris removal:
  Clearing snow and debris from walkways, parking lots, and other areas.
• Ornamental features:
  Caring for fountains, planters, and benches.
• Communication:
  Communicating with campus manager to understand their vision for the space.
• Should have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments.

• Previous work experience as a groundskeeper or similar role, or experience in landscaping and gardening.
• Knowledge of gardening techniques, products, and landscaping, including horticultural knowledge (how to plant grass seed and choose ground cover plants).
• The ability to stand for long periods throughout all four seasons.
• The ability to communicate with the campus manager and other farm staff to receive assignments, report progress, and realize an environment and landscape that promotes healing.
• Familiarity with sprinkler systems, lawn mowers, and other landscaping equipment, and experience using and maintaining the tools required for the position.
