A veterinary care provider seeks a Veterinary Student Extern to provide hands-on learning opportunities for students in a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program. Over a two-week block, externs will perform medical care under supervision, conduct diagnostic tests, and assist in surgeries. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an AVMA-accredited program. This is a temporary position located at Leesburg Animal Hospital.
