E-Commerce Merchandiser

Join us as an E-Commerce Merchandiser II at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers
, Columbus, GA.

$13.00 per hour (full‑time).

In this role you will identify and select donated items for sale online, ensuring accurate presentation and packaging for e‑commerce solutions.

• Sort through bins of donated items to determine condition, value and acceptability.
• Document items into inventory management system accurately.
• Assign items to specific shelf locations using handheld scanning device.
• Present items accurately on the online platform through camera positioning, lighting, and key shots.
• Generate shipping labels and postage for appropriate shipping.
• Package and ship documents by bundling and wrapping products for safe shipment.
• Respond to online customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Work in other areas of e‑commerce as requested by leadership team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a smartphone.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Experience using online sales platforms such as eBay, Amazon, etc. is preferred.
