E-Commerce Merchandiser

As an E-Commerce Merchandiser II you will be responsible for identifying and selecting donated items for sale online.

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Inc. E-Commerce department is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated E-Commerce Merchandiser II. Operating hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am‑4:30 pm.

• Sort through bins of donated items to determine condition, value and acceptability.
• Document items into inventory management system accurately.
• Assign items to a specific shelf location using handheld scanning device.
• Present items accurately on online platform through camera positioning, lighting, and key shots.
• Generate shipping label and postage for appropriate shipping.
• Package and ship documents by bundling and wrapping products for safe shipment.
• Respond to online customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Work other areas of E‑commerce as requested by leadership team.

• High school diploma or equivalent level of knowledge.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a smartphone.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Experience using online sales platforms such as eBay, Amazon, etc., preferred.

• Pay starting at $13.00 per hour.
