This full‑time, on‑site role manages daily store operations, including staff oversight, customer satisfaction, inventory, and product displays, as well as achieving sales and profitability goals. The store manager also ensures compliance with company standards, leads the team in delivering exceptional service, minimises loss, and fosters a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide a team
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage day‑to‑day challenges effectively
• Previous retail or store management experience is required
