. The Midland retail store, located on Flat Rock Court, seeks a hardworking, customer‑focused Retail Associate – Cashier.

• Ensures that each guest receives outstanding customer service.
• Assists customers with purchases and pricing.
• Operates the cash register system and applies basic math skills, including basic addition and subtraction of money.
• Understands item pricing and the "color of the week".
• Maintains the sales floor and dressing room appearance by organizing shelves, putting away carts, and returning merchandise from the dressing room back to the sales floor.
• Asks customers to "Round‑Up" totals in support of our mission and/or scholarship programs.
• Meets or exceeds daily retail store goals.
• Works other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.
• Cross‑trainer in all retail operation areas.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience working in a retail or customer service‑related environment, required.
• 1 year of cash handling experience, preferred.
• Warehouse experience, preferred.

A part‑time position averaging 20–25 hours per week. Hours will fluctuate based on business needs (seasonal changes, donation volumes, etc.). The Retail Associate – Cashier must be available to work any shift Monday through Sunday.

• Starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour.
