The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Department Lead to support the Department Manager in delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You will lead and coach your team, ensure the department looks its best, and step in as acting manager when needed, using knives, grinders, and meat saws as necessary.
You will monitor labor, manage inventory, analyze metrics, and collaborate with department leaders to drive store success. Prior meat-cutting experience is preferred.
