Job Summary

• Perform preventative maintenance and service on Commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Work with others to solve customer issues, demonstrating strong communication skills with both customers and fellow employees.
• Finish jobs professionally and efficiently, with minimal to no supervision.
• Be available for an on‑call rotation every five weeks.

• Experience:
  
  3–5 years as a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician.
• Experience with commercial package units ranging from 15 to 50 tons.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, and controls automation is preferred.
• Specific experience with Trane CGAM or similar screw/scroll compressor setups is highly desired.
• Certifications:
  
  EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams, reliable, customer‑oriented, and strong work ethic.
• Other:
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record check.
