• Run crews of 4 to 6 workers and oversee daily jobsite operations.
• Fabricate and install pipe and tank insulation, including materials such as Styrofoam, foam glass, and fiberglass.
• Maintain a general knowledge of materials, installation methods, and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment such as lifts, beaders, crimpers, and various hand tools.
• Ensure all work meets company and client quality standards.
• Work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.
• Work from lifts and ladders and in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, etc.).
• Travel and stay overnight for short or extended periods of time as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain progress and safety compliance.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Foreman.
• Minimum 1 year of pipe insulating experience and 2 years of insulation experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work well with others and lead a team effectively.
• Must be able to complete tasks within deadlines.
• Experience in a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Must pass random drug testing.
• Must have your own basic tools (tape measure, saws, safety harness, circle scribes, cutters).
