The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Electrical

• Water heater, toilet, sink, etc. install
• Furniture and product assembly (Commercial and Residential)
• Appliance repair / service
• Drywall repair
• Flooring

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Functioning and presentable vehicle.

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers. Must be able to educate customers on jobs effectively and with positive customer service.

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn‑key, white‑glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
