Maintenance Supervisor

River Mill Data Management is a full-service commercial records center based in Columbus, Georgia, specializing in secure information management and disposal for businesses and residents inWest, Central, and South Georgia, as well asEast, Central, and South Alabama.

We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on company vehicles and warehouse equipment, performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance, and maintaining records of all work performed.

• PAY: Starting at $24.00+ per hour, depending on experience

• Valid CDL required (clean driving record preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience working on diesel engines. Freightliner experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Experience with fleet maintenance, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance recordkeeping
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in an industrial environment

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks, equipment, and machinery.
• Inspect, install, and repair motors, belts, sensors, conveyors, and bailing systems.
• Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and repair shops.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Train and support team members on safe equipment operation.
• Test equipment after repairs and maintain a clean, organized work area.
