Our PUSH Fitness Zone classes are the best & most exciting Heart Rate Monitored Based Training Classes in the country! These 60 minute classes are broken down into a mix of cardio interval training and functional resistance training provide the clients with the highest possible calorie burn both in the moment and after the workout is complete. Someone that has personal training experience.

While this is not a deal-breaker, it is preferred

However, you MUST have proper certifications.

In lieu of certifications we will also accept individuals that hold a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or other related fields that are approved by management.
