• Must be 21 years or older
• 1–3 years of direct experience in a similar position preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to secure and maintain auto‑liability insurance in accordance with state laws

• Build excellent customer service by consistently delivering orders on time and in good condition.
• Comply with all Department of Transportation standards and regulations.
• Unload and deliver products at assigned stops using hand trucks.
• Verify count and condition of goods unloaded and report all overages, shortages, and breakage/damage.
• Monitor and rotate product in customer accounts as needed.
• Report customer needs and concerns to appropriate management and participate in resolving issues.
• Complete pre‑trip inspections before leaving the warehouse and post‑trip inspections upon return, documenting all maintenance problems in writing.
• Maintain constant communication and collaboration with sales and delivery departments.
• Become familiar with United’s portfolio of brands and remain knowledgeable of federal and state regulations.

• Talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, reach, lift, and carry; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects.
• Down stack and relocate large amounts of product weighing up to 180 lbs throughout the day.
• Perform greater than average lifting, with some overhead lifting required.
• Frequently climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Have vision capabilities for close, distance viewing, and judging distance.
