Job Description

18 Wheels USA is seeking experienced, safety-focused Solo OTR Class A CDL Truck Drivers for our 21-Day Mileage Fleet. This is a stable, high-earning W2 position for drivers looking for consistent miles and significant home time. Run for 21 days and then enjoy a full 7 days off at home or 18 days out and 5 days  offer an exceptional pay package, top-of-the-line equipment, and a benefits package that puts drivers first.

• Top-Tier Earning Potential :
  Earn between $1700-$1950
• Generous Home Time :
  Run for 21 days, then get 7 full days off at home
• Sign-On Bonus :
  New drivers are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $1,475
• Additional Pay :
  Band Pay :
  Earn extra pay ($25-$35) for shorter-haul loads. Safety Bonus :
  Opportunity for a $600 On-Road Safety Bonus every 90 days
• Detention Pay :
  Begins after only 1 hour
• Accessorial pay for stop-offs and Hazmat loads
• Secure W2 Employment :
  Join us as a full-time W2 employee with weekly pay
• Fully-Loaded Trucks :
  Drive an assigned, late-model tractor equipped with a refrigerator, flat-screen TV, microwave, 1500-watt inverter, and free Sirius

• Professionally operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
• Haul 100% no-touch, full truckload dry van freight across our primary running area
• Manage your schedule efficiently over a 21-day period to maximize miles and ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate logs and submit paperwork easily via smartphone apps
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your assigned equipment

• Must-Haves :
  Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL
  
  A)
• A minimum of 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• A stable and safe driving history with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT-reportable accidents in the past 3 years
• No DWIs in the past 7 years
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation
